This post assumes you have already aquired Microsoft Outlook 2003 or above.
1. Download the latest version of Palm Desktop
2. Install over the top of your existing palm desktop
3. When asked whether you’d like to syncronise with Palm desktop or Outlook, select Outlook. This will take the existing calendar and contact entries from Palm to Outlook
4. Download the latest version of Active Sync/Mobile Device Centre
5. Syncronise your new Windows Mobile device to Outlook using Active Sync/Mobile Device Centre.
6. All done!
